Hi I'm Kelly, firstly thanks for being here and welcome!

I have over 10 years experience in the beauty industry and it all started when I saw some ladies doing a threading treatment in the local shopping centre, in Leamington Spa - I wondered 'how on earth do they do that!?' so that was my first certificate in Threading back in March 2011. I then did a number of courses all whilst working full time. I did 2 years at night school and qualified in my beauty level 2 NVQ in July 2013 and I then gave birth to my son in August 2013 - looking back it was a busy time in my life!

 Wanting more out of life and to control my finances I then left my steady job where I'd been for 14 years with a great salary, company car, all the benefits etc and jumped head first into this new and exciting career I'd discovered by chance!

 My love and passion for all things nails and beauty, especially eyebrows, just grew stronger from there.

I've been lucky enough to work with many of the best brands and people in the industry, which means I can share my product and brand knowledge with my students. 

 I've done everything from mobile services packing up my car! to working in salons, working for myself from a room at my home and now to having my own salon and training academy.

I gained my AET teaching qualification in August 2018 and have been teaching ever since whilst running a successful salon in Earlsdon, Coventry.

I now have my own accredited manuals, lesson plans and theory tests - created with my knowledge and experience of the past 10 years for my students, as I wanted to create a high level / in depth - almost bible that my students could refer to throughout their career.

If you wish to begin a new and exciting career, you have the passion, determination and willing to practice practice practice then I'll be with you every step of the way.

Then in 2021 I employed my first member of staff for the salon, with plans to expand the team some more so I can focus purely on teaching.

I'm extremely proud of how my career has developed and believe me it has not always been easy. 

Which is why I love to share my experiences with my students.

I am always learning! (I recently gained my microblading qualification! in 2021) so you will see new courses being added regularly, as it's important to keep ahead of beauty trends and treatments.

I am also planning on completing my DET level 5 in teaching and my assessors qualification in 2022

Why learn with me? my passion is to help people achieve their dreams, reach their goals and have the life they've always dreamt of, whilst keeping standards high within the beauty industry. Have you ever booked a course and came away with questions still, or didn't complete your case studies for some reason? Well I help you to avoid doing that with my formal review meetings - this is where we review your case studies with your client feedback together and once satisfied you then gain your certificate and I advise you on area's you need to progress.

It isn't easy starting out but when you're determined and work hard, the sky is the limit
